IN-PROGRESS UNIVERSITY ORIENTATION
For all students enrolled in a degree program, the University Federico II provides the OrientaUnina website (Students Enrolled section), where they can find initiatives, opportunities, and events organized to make the university experience as complete as possible.
Additionally, students who request it can access the Tutoring service, aimed at guiding and assisting them in their academic journey. This service is designed to support students at all stages of their educational path, with the goal of promoting active participation in university life in all its forms and ensuring ongoing orientation. To request a tutor, students must send an email to tutormed@unina.it, where the responsible contact is Professor Giovanna Maria Pierantoni. The mode (online or in-person) and timing of the tutoring are agreed upon based on the needs of both the tutor and the students.
Furthermore, for all students who may feel excluded from university life, the SInAPSi Center offers psychological counseling services and provides support to students with specific learning disabilities (SLD) and other disabilities, as well as services to combat discrimination. Students can directly contact the SInAPSi representative of the Department, Professor Giovanna Maria Pierantoni (giovannamaria.pierantoni@unina.it). Complete confidentiality is guaranteed (LINK).
