Discovery of the month
How is the ‘Discovery of the month' selected?
Every month each Ph.D. student choses a paper that has been published during that month and that, in his opinion, contains the most relevant result of the month. A ballot made by the same Ph.D. students, through the DMMBM Forum, on Thursday afternoon, will attribute votes to each paper. On Friday morning, before the data club, most voted proposals are briefly discussed to finally decide which is the ‘discovery of the month' paper. One of the students will then prepare an image to be put among the Top News of the DMMBM home page.
This month we have chosen:
Decade-long leukaemia remissions with persistence of CD4+ CAR T cells.
